C@P site

(Public Internet Access)

The CAP Site at EPYDC consists of 9 computers and printing equipment which are available for public use. The focus of this site is to provide employment and labour market information to people who are making a career change, entering a training program, doing resumes and cover letters or applying for jobs on-line. People of all ages make use of this service but most of the CAP users are our members or are people making a career change or entering a training program.

Another service offered at the CAP Site is an AII (Aptitude & Interest Inventory) assessment. People can do this assessment, which is based on their own natural aptitudes and personal interests and the result is a report consisting of 6 recommendations for work or training.

Staff members are available to assist when required and small group Internet Workshop Sessions are held on request.
