Customer Assistance Service Training
CAST
is a group-based intervention offering participants the opportunity to participate in workshops to learn or enhance skills transferable to the work place through 5 weeks of classroom sessions on life, employability and essential skills, Specialized training (First Aid & CPR, WHMIS, World Host – customer service training, Food Service Certification, Responsible Beverage Server). Through this process C2EPEI will assist participants to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to make a successful transition into the Tourism Industry
We will focus on customer service in these categories: Lodging – Food Service – Tour guides – Retail shops – Parks – Attractions – And other Tourism related businesses.
This program is open to all ages 19 +
